Wills
McKinnon Hewitt recommends to all of our clients to consider
making a Will. Our advice is quite simply that unless you make a
Will you cannot guarantee that your wishes will be adhered to. It
is extremely important that if you do have specific wishes these
are set down in a legally binding Will.
We understand that many people are either frail or unwell and unable
to make the journey to our Office. For this purpose we do arrange
home visits and this is particularly useful in the area of Wills.
Legal Aid by way of Advice and Assistance under the Legal Aid scheme
may be available to you to help make your will if you are of limited
income and with limited capital. Contact

matters further.
Executries
The death of a loved one is an extremely difficult time for all
of us. It can be very stressful and exhausting.
At
McKinnon Hewitt we offer
expert legal advice doubled with a sympathetic ear. Our Executry
team is ready to help ensure that Estates are wound up as quickly
and effortlessly as possible.
If there is no Will then a member of the family should arrange an
appointment to obtain accurate advice as to who should be appointed
as the Executor.
